A lovely French Majolica pottery jug in green with a light blue interior. The jug is decorated around its body with several scenes of figures talking, dancing, standing, etc. There is a leaf pattern on the handle.
The underside of the jug shows the maker but it is difficult to decipher.
The jug is 5 1/2 inches wide from the spout to the tip of the handle. It stands 8 1/4 inches tall.
The jug has some of the glaze due to it's age. Overall, though, it is in very good condition with no other damages.
